1FREE Freight Exchange, is it really free to use?
Yes, you can use our freight exchange completely FREE of charge! We do offer two upgrades, one for Verified Company seal, and one for Premium Account (which will cancel all the ads displayed when you are browsing through the website)
2What happen with members that don't pay their invoices?
In one word: OUT! We have zero tolerance for members that don't pay their invoices on time as agreed with the haulier.
3How many accounts can I have?
You can only have an account per company, however, we are working on an upgrade that will enable you to add as many sub users as you want for an account.
4How can I search for available freights?
In order to perform a search in our database you need to have at least one vehicle listed, you can then list and filter all the jobs available.
5Who can join your platform?
There's room for everybody, sole traders, companies, hauliers or freight forwarders are all welcome on our platform.
6How do I get the Verified Company seal next to my company name?
In order to obtain the Verified Company seal we need to follow a procedure and there is a cost involved, more details can be found here.
7Do you offer customer support?
Yes, we offer customer support through the live chat application, in case we are not online you can leave your contact details and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
